Bussiness Process Management for Newbie

Hello guys! welcome to my first post ever in this blog! Okay let’s continue to the topic, that’s Bussincess Process Management. Before we talk more about Bussiness Process Management, what do you know about BPM? BPM is a bussiness model, BPM is how to controll your bussiness efficiently, BPM is bla bla bla. A lot of people doing something like BPM but they don’t understand what that’s mean. BPM based on CBOK (Common Body Of Knowledge) BPM is both a management discipline and a set of technologies that supports managing by process.

BPM is an enterprise-wide, structured approach to providing the products and services that your customer’s value most.  It is grounded in the premise that you must take a process view of your company in order to understand what products and services your customer values most.  By understanding the key business processes your company uses to meet these customer needs, the gap between customer expectations and your ability to perform begins to emerge.

BPM itself is perhaps the “ultra” process improvement technique because it explicitly addresses the complexity of inter-application and cross-repository processes, and incorporates data-driven, as well as, content-driven processes.
